KODY REDWING
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Lead Underwriter. Mathlete all throughout elementary and high school. Proof that when you put an m in front of athlete, you’ve got a competitor for life. In his non-numerical world, Kody is a rescue dog owner and an avid Royals and Chiefs fan. (Actual athletic abilities? Pickup basketball once a week and Shooting Guard in the Rotary Basketball Tournament every year.)

BAXTER REECER
ARCHITECT

Baxter’s first foray into affordable housing came on the back of a bike. Cycling from New Hampshire to Vancouver to raise funds and awareness of the affordable housing crisis in America, Baxter decided he wanted to spend his career working towards a solution. An avid outdoorsman, Baxter jumped at the chance to join the Vecino Group’s Salt Lake City office and now calls the Wasatch Mountains home.

JOSH REICH
PROJECT MANAGER

On dry land, Josh is a Senior Project Manager with a degree in construction management. In the water, though, his old skills still translate. A lake kid all his life, Josh started the Waterski team at Missouri State University, met his wife in the process, and is now working on raising the next generation of water sport competitors ( Don’t tell Lake of the Ozarks. But he’s grown pretty fond of Table Rock Lake.)

PAUL ROBINSON
NATIONAL DIRECTOR HUD-RAD

A student of the sciences of health and wellness (mindfulness practices, yoga & QiGong), Paul channels his experience and inner zen into outward community benefits. From creating affordable housing throughout the South to working with housing authorities across the nation on the transition to the HUD-Rental Assistance Demonstration platform, Paul is testimony to the power of positive energy.

TIM ROTH
CCIM
PRESIDENT, STUDENT HOUSING

The rare Vecino Group bird with a traditional real estate background, Tim has been a broker, a developer, and a landlord. Now he’s the President of Student Housing, a position that keeps him almost as young as his vegan lifestyle and marathon running.( Tim balances out all this righteousness by having the messiest desk in the office.)

RONNIE SCHERMERHORN
PROJECT MANAGER

A native New Yorker, Ronnie spent 15 years doing box office reporting in the motion picture industry before finding her true passion, construction?! You see, Ronnie was raised in a construction family. A career switch returned her to commercial building, then to a Project Manager position with VG. (Of her 5 siblings, Ronnie’s the one who carried Dad’s passion forward)

KOREY SCHULER
ARCHITECT

Korey holds a couple of “only” distinctions at the Vecino Group. He’s the only person whose hobby is tomahawk throwing and the only person with a minor in medieval renaissance. At twenty four, Korey has visited eleven different countries, experience that has provided him with both an expanded world view and the ability to drink heavy German beer without ever getting a hangover.

JENN SMITH
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Jenn has two main obsessions—one is construction(a lucky fact for the VG)and the other is Disney. When she’s not running things as a project engineer, she’s headed to Disneyland as much as humanly possible and collecting all things Disney the rest of the time. You’re never too old for Mickey. Or your Dad. Jenn goes to the movies with hers every single Sunday.

KELLY STEVENS
ACCOUNTING

Possessing an accountant’s fondness for accountability and the bottom line, Kelly honed her detailed nature working for international companies like O’Reilly Automotive and Marine Fasteners. She’s now applying the same skill set at the Vecino Group. In her spare time, you can find Kelly cheering for her daughters as they cheer at Fair Grove High School (Two, four, six eight, balance sheets are really great!)

ROBERT STILLMAN
SUPERINTENDENT
JOSH TELLEFSON
Project Manager
SALLY TERRY
ART DIRECTOR

Ever met someone who collects poorly done taxidermy? Now you have. Meet Sally. As fond of music as she is wonky-eyed stuffed squirrels, Sally is creative to her core. Dual majors in illustration & design. Advertising Experience. Plus an ability to translate any message visually into ‘whoa’. (We’re glad she’s here & equally glad she didn’t bring the squirrel.)
