Andrew Jacobs joins The Vecino Group as Vice President of Asset Management.

As newly appointed Vice-President of Asset Management at The Vecino Group, Andrew Jacobs will ensure the national portfolio of Vecino Group properties—more than 3000 units of housing in 14 States—achieves and exceeds expectations for all stakeholders, including development partners, local community partners and residents.

Most recently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Aspen Heights Partners in Austin, TX, Andrew brings more than 11 years of professional experience to Vecino, including 9+ years in commercial real estate. He has successfully managed a diverse range of assets valued at over $4.8 billion, and his background in both asset management and risk management—along with his proven record in leadership—will be invaluable as Vecino continues to grow its portfolio and make the world better, one development at a time.

Andrew will manage the Vecino Group Asset Management Team from offices in San Antonio, Texas.
